A4: For bulk orders, the typical delivery time is 20-35 days after we receive your deposit. If you have urgent requirements, we can discuss expediting production based on our current capacity.

Q5: How do you handle complaints, quality issues, after-sales service and other related matters?

A5: We assign dedicated staff to follow up on every order, and each order is backed by professional after-sales support. Q6: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A9: 30% by T/T as a deposit, and the remaining 70% to be paid prior to delivery.
