A4: For bulk orders, the typical delivery time is 20-35 days after we receive your deposit. If you have urgent requirements, we can discuss expediting production based on our current capacity.

Q5: How do you handle complaints, quality issues, after-sales service and other related matters?

A5: We assign dedicated staff to follow up on every order, and each order is backed by professional after-sales support. In the event of a valid claim, we shall accept corresponding liability and provide compensation in strict accordance with the contract.To better serve our customers, we continuously track and collect product feedback from them, which is what sets us apart from other suppliers. Q6: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A9: 30% by T/T as a deposit, and the remaining 70% to be paid prior to delivery.
